When will my order ship after I make the purchase?

Please allow 1-5 days for wrapping and processing after you make your purchase. If you have any questions about shipping timelines, please contact us.

Can I specify an exact delivery date?

All gifts that are sent typically arrive within 7 business days. Please reach out to our customer service team if you wish to specify an exact delivery date and we will work to make this happen for you.

I need to ship gifts to multiple addresses - can I do this?

Yes! Please use our multiple address checkout to send gifts to multiple locations.

Gift Boxes and Products

The products that arrived in my gift are not exactly what is listed online?

Substitution policy: Due to the fact that we work with many small batch crafters and makers, we may need to substitute products from time to time based on product availability. Rest assured, we always substitute with products of equal value and quality!

How will my recipient know the gift is from me?

All gifts will come with a complimentary message card. Please provide your gift message at checkout.

I want to return or exchange my gift, can I do this?

We unfortunately only accept exchanges for damaged or defective products. If your gift has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will work to get you a replacement.
